Ann Kinser
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp cocoa
- 1 c sugar
- 2 1/2 c milk
- 4 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Cook cocoa, sugar, milk, egg, flour, and salt in double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Ladle into cooked pie shells and add meringue.
Makes 2-3.
