Ingredients
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Cream butter and 2 tsp sugar. Sift flour and add scant powdered sugar and mix with butter. Add pecans and vanilla. Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes. While they are hot, roll in powdered sugar. Cool on rack.
